Application Instructions for PA-70 Honing Compound
 To apply, distribute a modest amount of PA-70 Honing Compound along the leather honing wheel before powering up the machine. Manually rotate the honing wheel to spread the compound evenly. When the machine is on, lightly press the tool against the wheel to allow the compound to penetrate the leather thoroughly.Â
For new leather honing wheels, pre-treat them with the light machine oil provided to achieve the proper texture for absorbing the honing compound. In dry environments, the leather may require re-oiling over time to maintain its ability to accept the honing compound effectively. It’s crucial to prevent the honing compound from drying out on the wheel; apply additional oil as necessary to keep the leather conditioned and ready for use.Â
